Technical characteristics of apartment complex OMEGA

Apartment complex OMEGA comprises three modern buildings designed in a single architectural style with private car parking, children’s playground, and a restaurant for the whole family.

Building frame – cast in place columns with concrete stiffening diaphragms, and a stiffening core that consists of staircases and lift shafts. 

Seismic stability of the building – 8.0 on the Richter scale.

All walls are made of aero-concrete of different width: 400 mm for external walls, 200 mm for demising walls and 100 mm for partition walls. External walls are insulated with mineral wool “Rockwool”.

Heating system is equipped with own gas-burning boiler house of Vissman system, positioned on the roof of the building, plastic pipes Rehau (Germany) are used for heating and water supply piping, heating appliances manufactured by Yago.

Central air conditioning system produced by “Fujitsu” (Japan), ventilating pipes are made of galvanized iron.  The following materials have been used for window openings - laminated timber and energy saving glass produced by Doleta (Lithuania). Electrical wiring system is made of copper wires and cables.  

Hot and cold water meters as well as energy and heat meters are installed individually in every apartment.
